Are you an immediately available qualified Quantity Surveyor with 5 years post graduate experience with onsite measurement?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, BTech Quantity Surveying qualification
5 years Post graduate experience with onsite measurement
Must be ambitious and enthusiastic
A Non-smoker with no criminal record
Must have own car and driver’s license required
Efficient in Microsoft Office
WinQS
Estimating

DUTIES

On-site measurement
Liaising with contractors
Valuations
Manage the Filing System
QS Administration duties

Working Hours:

When no overtime is required: 8 hours a day, 5 days per week
When overtime is required: 12 hours a day, 7 days per week when required for a minimum of 38 days and not more than 100 days consecutive.

Salary: R dependent on experience
