POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for a Professional Quantity Surveyor to join a multidisciplinary consulting environment, working closely with architecture and engineering teams to deliver accurate, cost-effective project outcomes.

About the Role

This role sits within a collaborative Quantity Surveying team in a multidisciplinary consulting firm. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage estimates through to final accounts, working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other quantity surveyors.

What You’ll Do

Review and evaluate design documentation
Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates
Develop bills of quantities and contract documentation
Conduct financial evaluation of tenders
Manage cashflow forecasts, cost reports, variations, valuations, and contractual claims
Prepare and negotiate final accounts
Attend project and client meetings
Prepare viability studies, damage costings, and risk valuations
Review repair estimates and cost analyses
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across projects

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
Professional registration (required)
6–10 years’ relevant working experience
Valid driver’s license
Strong computer literacy, especially MS Excel, MS Word
Experience with industry software such as WinQS, DimX
