JOB DESCRIPTION:

A leading TTL agency in the North is looking for a Junior Traffic Manager to join their busy team. You must have at least 3 - 4 years integrated traffic experience working in advertising agencies. FMCG, alcohol brand and OTC experience would be advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Production Director:

Manage overall Traffic Control throughout the Agency.
Ensure all jobs are allocated and scheduled.
Brief jobs that come into the Agency through to the necessary departments and ensure deadlines and commitments are met throughout the process.
Flag any timing issues and propose solutions that do no compromise Client.
Attend and participate in weekly planning and status meetings.
Set key dates in the process in diaries.
Budget planning (allocation of time) up-front on all jobs (for internal resources) and reconciling actual time spent versus budgeted.
Follow-up and collate timesheets for costings.
