JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established global engineering company needs the above to oversee all HR and Industrial Relations functions, whilst managing all office administration duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

A Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or related essential.
Previous HR dashboard and payroll experience essential.
Strong disciplinary code and IR experience essential.
Previous experience dealing with NUMSA is preferred.
3-5 years’ working experience within the manufacturing or related industry is preferred.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to keep sensitive information confidential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Performing all HR functions, which includes the maintenance of the company’s HR policies and procedures as well as the personnel and HR files.
Assisting with the recruitment processes, disciplinary processes, performance management and induction of new employees.
Organising and maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments.
Creating presentations and preparing reports.
Ensuring that action items are followed-up on timeously.
Scheduling of actual performance appraisal sessions.
