Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and enhance production and packaging processes for efficiency and quality.
Support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
Collect, analyze, and visualize manufacturing data to support decision-making.
Assist with drafting SOPs, process maps, and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Present process improvement ideas and participate in strategic projects.

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

BEng / BSc Industrial Engineering.
0–2 years’ experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or data analysis tools.
Knowledge of Lean principles or process optimization.
