JOB SUMMARY:

My client who has been in the logistics and retail operations for 20 years providing inventory software products and solutions is looking for a Junior Operations Engineer to join their high performing team to optimise the layout of the warehouse space to better accommodate operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job description

Processes engineering
IT Assistance to staff members
Configure company functions through the setup from end
Process mapping and process description
Inform clients about supply chain's operational features and the WMS
Support for delivery management and task monitoring
Maintaining of the warehouse-relevant parameters (i.e., weight, dimensions, and volume), as well as adherence to procedures for WMS-ERP reconciliation

Requirements

BEng Industrial Engineering Degree or IT related Degree
3 years’ work experience in the Retail industry
5 years working experience in warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment
WMS and ERP Technologies is essential and non-negotiable
