SUMMARY:
DBN000215 – Junior Project Manager – Pinetown

Purpose of the Job:

To support the delivery of BPO and digital transformation projects and ensure they meet timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

2–5 years’ experience in project management, coordination, or business analysis
Knowledge of BPO, IT system implementations, or process automation is a plus
Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or similar field
Project management certification is desirable
Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project)
Familiarity with ERP systems

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
Support testing phases to ensure requirements are met
Assist with reporting and data analysis using ERP systems

Well-organized with strong time management
Excellent communication skills
Collaborative and able to manage stakeholders
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
