SUMMARY:
DBN000304 - Junior Project Manager - La Mercy

Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for planning, organising, and managing project scope and phases in alignment with the project mandate.

Required Qualifications:

Project Management certification.
Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in a relevant field.
2+ years of project management experience
3+ years of experience managing the full product lifecycle, with knowledge of development processes and technology methodologies.

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Provide reporting and communicate with stakeholders.
Ensure quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
Support account management activities and departmental projects.
Maintain effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Drive continuous improvement through project management best practices.
