JOB SUMMARY:
Sandton - We are looking for a hard-working and organised Junior Project Coordinator to assist in monitoring and maintaining all business and customer projects within the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Managing project implementation time frames and project plans
Project manage solutions for clients taking full delivery ownership
Creating estimates, project estimates, plans, schedules and resource allocation
Ensuring that project deadlines are met within budgets
Planning/ integrating work with multiple teams
Identifying risks and problems in a timely manner
Developing and implementing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
Reporting project status in a timely and accurate manner
Communicating with internal and external clients to determine requirements and expectations
Working with relevant managers for project staffing and resource releases
Following the project life cycle, methodology, defined under the process framework
Ensuring compliance to principles of quality assurance and document management
Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients
providing weekly updates on project health

Qualifications:

Project Management Diploma/ Information Technology Diploma / Systems Qualifications
PMP / Agile /Scrum/ Cert etc.
2+years of project management experience
Experience working/ implementing/ development with Telecommunication / ICT following SDLC processes
Knowledge of applicable software tools and processes
Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology
