JOB SUMMARY:
An Insurance giant based in Centurion is on the hunt for a degreed Junior Project Manager that will work on software development projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose of the role:
Embed Agile practices and establish the PMO, you will also work on software development projects

Duties:
Ensure all client deliverables are met
Work with clients to establish time lines
Develop an execution plan
Monitor Performance
Managing the project change control process
Manage the implementation of change control procedures
Monitoring and advising upon project finances
Manage Business, Operational Staff and Product owners during SDLC process.
Run daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals

Minimum Requirements:
2 to 3 years experience in a Project Manager role
Experience in implementation of projects, facilitating projects and related workshops and effectively communicating with all project stakeholders
PMBOK or Prince2 experience advantageous
Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience preferable
Understanding of IT software products / development
SDLC and Implementation experience
Experience in testing and QA environments
Experience in the Financial Services Industry
Must be competent in workshop facilitation techniques
IT Qualification equivalent to a BTech or BCom
