JOB DESCRIPTION:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, schedule project delivery, manage client feedback, expectations and satisfaction, and gather client requirements. Proactive and solutions focussed individual. Ensure compliancy with delivery SLA''''''''s. Review project delivery processes. Be involved in the development and implementation of tools and processes to understand clients. Analyse client feedback and data. Ensure clients receive high quality service by managing complex logistics surrounding the delivery of services.
