Junior Project Manager - IT Solutions enablement and systems integration - Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client a global tech firm is seeking a Junior Project Manager - IT Solutions enablement and systems integration to join their team in Pretoria on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, exposure, Competitive rates and a great working environment.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains mission-critical information extraction, analysis, and management systems
To manage and implement, under supervision, continuous improvement projects or components of projects within the controlled constraints of scope, time and cost while ensuring adherence to quality, legal and cost management requirements
Participates in architecture and software development activities
Uses open source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases encountered within the project
Uses coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow
Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem

Qualifications

A recognized qualification at NQF Level 6 or equivalent qualification in the field of Project Management.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and execution of project plans
Experience with project management software and process improvement techniques are desirable
Membership in good standing with a professional body in the field of project management (PMP) Project Management Professional
Minimum of 5 years working experience in the field of Project Management
Cobit®5 and ITIL Framework
