KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - (Observatory, WC)

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships, drive annual price increases, identify new business opportunities, and ensure a high level of client service.
 
This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is commercially minded, relationship-driven, and confident in managing negotiations and multiple stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage key client relationships, including regular client meetings, communication, queries and complaints, ensuring a high level of service Lead annual price increase negotiations, from preparation and budget discussions through to securing signed agreements and ensuring increases are implemented on time Identify opportunities for business growth, including upselling, alternative solutions, additional services and expanding relationships across client groups Manage billing and book debt processes, ensuring signed agreements and supporting documentation are submitted correctly and timeously Lead and support the Account Management team, including coaching, development, performance management and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in Account Management, Key Accounts, Client Management, or a similar commercial role Proven experience in client relationship management, price negotiations, and commercial discussions Strong business development and upselling skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing client portfolios Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with clients and internal stakeholders Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
