Qualifications:

Grade 12 or equivalent
Marketing Degree or Diploma

Job Requirements:

5 – 10 years’ experience in the specific discipline in a specialist, supervisor or senior role in a research environment and quality time in a product development, process optimization or similar environment
At least 3-5 years’ in the same or similar position
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience in a Plastic Processing environment would be advantageous

Your key responsibilities will be:

Ensure that solid customer and supplier relations are built, maintained and managed to ensure timely delivery from suppliers, and customer satisfaction (internal or external)
- Building solid customer and supplier relationships by managing key accounts, new business development and business growth through the generation of new business
- Development and maintenance of a market intelligence system
- Developing operational implementation plans aligned to strategic objectives
- Involvement in development and innovation of products
- Analysis if inventory to implement and maintain customer monthly requirements
- Sales specific support to the division by on time, accurate delivery within budget parameters
- Business Improvement initiation and implementation of continuous improvement within distribution
- Effective and efficient information reporting to enable strategic decision-making
