SUMMARY:
My client from an IT Development Company is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their growing team.

The Company develops a system and is related to freight forwarding.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

2+ Years’ experience in the role

Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Resolving key client issues and complaints

Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling

Goal-oriented, organized team player, ability to work independently.

Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.

Able to align, plan and follow through on projects

Matric

Minimum 2 years within a KAM role within IT is advantageous

QL Experience advantageous
