Key Account Manager - Mining Marketing

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Automotive Industry has an EE opportunity available for a Key Account Manager - Mining Marketing to be based in the Benoni, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• National Diploma or higher qualification with 2 to 4 years or more sales related experience is essential.
• Preference would be given to candidates with a college certificate/diploma in Sales & Marketing
• Proficient in MS Office suite of packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Proficient in and demonstrable use of online media (i.e. LinkedIn, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar media)
• Good sales track record and strong communication skills.
• Mining background will be a definite advantage.

KPAs:

• Building sound customer relationships (ongoing)
• Soliciting new customers - Cold calling and breaking into new customers
• Driving sales - meeting and exceeding sales budgets
• Maintaining and updating sales budgets and forecasts
• Handling of customer quotations, complaints and queries
• Technical advice and training – including presentations and training to customers
• Assisting with adjudication of warranties
• Keep the customer updated and provide projected delivery for orders
