SUMMARY:
Our client in the Automotive Industry has an EE opportunity available for a Key Account Manager - Mining Marketing to be based in the Benoni, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

National Diploma or higher qualification with 2 to 4 years or more sales related experience is essential.
Preference would be given to candidates with a college certificate/diploma in Sales & Marketing
Proficient in MS Office suite of packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proficient in and demonstrable use of online media (i.e. LinkedIn, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar media)
Good sales track record and strong communication skills.
Mining background will be a definite advantage.

KPAs:

Building sound customer relationships (ongoing)
Soliciting new customers - Cold calling and breaking into new customers
Driving sales - meeting and exceeding sales budgets
Maintaining and updating sales budgets and forecasts
Handling of customer quotations, complaints and queries
Technical advice and training – including presentations and training to customers
Assisting with adjudication of warranties
Keep the customer updated and provide projected delivery for orders
