SUMMARY:
A local developer and distributor of exclusive Cosmetic Products, located in Johannesburg, is looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to join their fast-growing team.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal stakeholders
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-term partnerships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key accounts metrics
Manage orders start to finish and ensure delivery at store level is successful
Manage merchandising activities and implement these strategies and promotions
Analyse all aspects of Sales data and providing directors with strategic advice and decisions
Run competitor analysis
Grow product pipeline and manage project pipeline until execution

Experience & Requirements:

Sales forecasting
Strategic planning
+5 years Retail or FMCG background
Sound understanding of
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Output driven
