Key Accounts Manager

SUMMARY:
A local developer and distributor of exclusive Cosmetic Products, located in Johannesburg, is looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to join their fast-growing team.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal stakeholders
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-term partnerships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key accounts metrics
• Manage orders start to finish and ensure delivery at store level is successful
• Manage merchandising activities and implement these strategies and promotions
• Analyse all aspects of Sales data and providing directors with strategic advice and decisions
• Run competitor analysis
• Grow product pipeline and manage project pipeline until execution

Experience & Requirements:

• Sales forecasting
• Strategic planning
• +5 years Retail or FMCG background
• Sound understanding of
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Output driven
