SUMMARY:
Our client in the Plastics Recycling industry has an EE opportunity available for a Key Accounts Manager. This will be based in the Germiston, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent
Marketing Degree or Diploma
5 – 10 years’ experience in the specific discipline in a specialist, supervisor or senior role in a research environment and quality time in a product development, process optimization or similar environment
At least 3-5 years’ in the same or similar position
Experience in a Plastic Processing environment would be advantageous
Microsoft efficiency
Ability to interface effectively with market sectors and people
Exceptional work ethic and strict adherence to company policy and procedures

KPAs:

Ensure that solid customer and supplier relations are built, maintained and managed to ensure timely delivery from suppliers, and customer satisfaction (internal or external)
Development and maintenance of a market intelligence system
Developing operational implementation plans aligned to strategic objectives
Involvement in development and innovation of products
Analysis if inventory to implement and maintain customer monthly requirements
Effective and efficient information reporting to enable strategic decision-making
