SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Learning development practitioner to drive impactful learning and development initiatives. The successful candidate will support department heads in identifying training needs, implementing learning interventions, and ensuring all training activities are compliant, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (NQF Level 4)
ODETDP or equivalent training qualification
HR diploma or degree also welcome
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar training or learning & development role
Strong administrative and organisational skills
