JOB SUMMARY:
Our International Financial Services client based in Sandton is looking for a Legal Advisor to join their team
Salary: Depends on experience
Position type: Permanent - Remote 4/5 days of the week

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Advisor from Financial Services Industry (Not banking and insurance but rather Investments, Wealth management, etc.)
Will also consider Candidate Attorneys who completed articles in the Banking and Finance Department in a Law firm but has to have experience working with Investments & Wealth management
Must have completed LLB
Does not have to be an Admitted Attorney but would be advantageous
Completed RE1 OR RE4 or Both + CFP advantageous
Knowledge of: FAIS, FICA, CISCA, FSR, CRS/AEOI advantageous
Previous experience with Cross Border Negotiations is beneficial
