POSITION INFO:
Our client operates missionâcritical infrastructure and is looking for a Financial Manager who thrives in fastâmoving, highâvolume environments. This role goes beyond reporting - you’ll partner closely with leaders, manage revenue at scale, and lead a finance team through complex operational challenges. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, challenge constructively, and step into executiveâlevel conversations while staying handsâon. A powerful opportunity for someone who wants to grow by doing, not just overseeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Own financial performance for a key legal entity
Manage revenue, billing, and collections at scale
Lead clientâfacing discussions around queries and escalations
Support commercial decisions through pricing and contract input
Perform handsâon finance work including reconciliations and analysis
Lead and develop a multiâsite finance team
Engage with senior stakeholders across finance, sales, and operations
Ensure IFRS compliance, with a strong focus on IFRS 16

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CTA / Honors or equivalent
CA(SA) or CIMA beneficial
4+ years in a Financial Manager role
Solid technical accounting foundation
Strong IFRS knowledge, IFRS 16 experience required
Proven experience managing people and stakeholders
Advanced Excel and dataâdriven thinking
Clear communicator with confidence in senior forums
Problemâsolver who performs well under pressure
Fully onsite role
Executionâfocused, handsâon approach
