JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for someone with strong work ethic, that is well organized and able to hit the ground running on multiple customer projects. The ideal candidate will assume a technical leader- and mentorship role for a team of 5 – 10 developers of various levels. It is expected that the Lead Consultant will have a 60/40 split on technical versus leadership responsibilities. The Lead Consultant must be able to engage with clients and stakeholders for backlog grooming, refinement and project status reporting. The Lead Consultant will be responsible for continuing to improve the development processes and takes and active role in the growth of their team.

Minimum of 10 years commercial application development experience with at least 2 years in a Team Lead or seniority role
Familiar with common stacks and expert in C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
Solid experience with PowerShell and other shell-scripting
Solid experience with relational databases
Ability to confidently engage business stakeholders to define and refine requirements
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
Solid working experience designing and developing for cloud infrastructure
Solid understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Solid experience and understanding of continuous integration
