POSITION INFO:
Our client is a wellâestablished, technologyâdriven organisation operating in a fastâpaced environment, where innovation, quality delivery, and customer satisfaction are critical. This role offers the opportunity to provide technical and people leadership across native iOS and Android platforms, driving strategic mobile initiatives aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership in the delivery of mobile products and solutions across iOS and Android platforms
Manage, mentor, and coach team members, ensuring performance, growth, and adherence to best practices
Lead the delivery of strategic projects on time, within budget, and at the required quality level
Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and continuous improvement of development standards

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience:

Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience with a Degree/Diploma or 8 years’ relevant experience as a Team Lead
Proven experience in a Team Lead or technical leadership role
Strong experience working in SCRUM / Agile environments

Skills:

iOS: Objective C, Swift, SwiftUI
Android: Java, strong proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose
Strong understanding of mobile design principles, UX, SDKs, OS versions, and device variations
RESTful APIs and JSON integration
Azure DevOps (Git) and Gitflow (advantageous)
Solid understanding of SOLID, KISS, MVVM, and Clean Code principles

Nonânegotiables:

Handsâon native iOS and Android development experience
Strong debugging, problemâsolving, and code quality focus
