ENVIRONMENT: BUILD and maintain a predictable, high-quality lead generation engine for a dynamic ICT Service Provider in Somerset West seeking a Lead Generation & Paid Ad Specialist to join its team. You will own the full pipeline system — from paid traffic and conversion funnels through to clean, structured lead delivery into Zoho CRM. This is not about simply running ads. It is about building a system that consistently produces qualified opportunities for the Sales team. This is a role for someone who is commercially focused, technically strong, and disciplined in execution. Your success will be measured by lead quality, conversion performance, and data integrity — not marketing activity. Non-negotiable requirements for this role include having 1–3 years’ proven experience in paid acquisition and conversion optimisation, strong GoHighLevel experience across funnels and automation, tracking and UTM discipline. You also need experience working with CRM systems, ideally Zoho CRM & have the ability to diagnose funnel and conversion issues quickly.   DUTIES: Paid Acquisition and Demand Generation - ·        You will be responsible for building and optimising paid acquisition campaigns that generate consistent, high-quality leads. This includes: Ø  Building, launching, and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ø  Running structured testing across hooks, offers, creatives, and audience targeting Ø  Managing campaign budgets based on performance and conversion data Ø  Continuously improving campaign efficiency and lead quality   Funnel Build and Conversion Optimisation - ·        You will own the full conversion journey from click through to qualified lead. This includes: Ø  Building and maintaining acquisition funnels in GoHighLevel Ø  Creating landing pages, forms, calendars, and workflows Ø  Running weekly landing page and funnel optimisation tests Ø  Reducing friction and improving conversion through structured improvements Ø  Ensuring all follow-up automations trigger correctly across channels   Lead Quality and Qualification - ·        You will ensure that leads generated meet the required quality standards for Sales. This includes: Ø  Aligning with Sales on the definition of a qualified lead Ø  Building pre-qualification into funnel steps where required Ø  Reducing low-quality or irrelevant leads through targeting and offer optimisation Ø  Improving lead quality through continuous testing and feedback   Tracking, Attribution, and Data Integrity - ·        You will ensure that all tracking systems are accurate and reliable. This includes: Ø  Maintaining UTM structures, analytics tracking, and conversion tracking Ø  Ensuring all pixels, events, and tracking systems are firing correctly Ø  Running weekly tracking checks and monthly audits Ø  Maintaining high attribution accuracy across all leads   CRM Integration and Lead Routing (Zoho CRM) - ·        You will ensure that all leads are delivered cleanly into Zoho CRM with correct structure and routing. This includes: Ø  Managing lead sync between GoHighLevel and Zoho CRM Ø  Ensuring leads arrive with complete and accurate data Ø  Reducing duplicates and unknown-source leads Ø  Maintaining high routing accuracy to the correct internal owners   Automation and Pipeline Flow Management - ·        You will own the automation layer that ensures reliable lead flow into the business. This includes: Ø  Managing automation between GoHighLevel and Zoho using integrations or webhooks Ø  Running weekly lead flow and automation checks Ø  Ensuring high system uptime and reliability Ø  Escalating issues quickly to protect pipeline flow   REQUIREMENTS: Non-negotiables for this role include - ·        1–3 Years’ proven experience in paid acquisition and conversion optimisation. ·        Strong GoHighLevel experience across funnels and automation. ·        Solid understanding of tracking fundamentals — UTM structures, pixels, and conversion tracking. ·        Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Zoho CRM including lead routing and data hygiene. ·        Ability to diagnose funnel and conversion issues quickly. ·        High attention to detail and structured execution.
