Lead SAP Controls and GRC Process Control

POSITION INFO:

Minimum qualifications:

• Relevant Degree, honours or post graduate diploma, professional qualifications e.g. B.Sc, B.Com, or B.Ing/Eng or MSc

Desired qualifications:

• CA(SA), BSC Engineering or similar BSC degree, MBA, equivalent Honour degree and professional certification.
• Advanced certifications, diplomas, professional certifications, advanced degrees in Cyber or information security - examples include:
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • SAP or other large ERP system knowledge and certifications
  • CISA (Certified Information System Auditor)

Minimum Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience with SAP business process risk and controls (BPRC) and GRC Process Controls
• Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA Automated Business process controls across multiple business cycles such as RTR, PTP, OTC etc., drafting test scripts as well as assisting with testing of controls
• Full lifecycle experience in Business Process Controls transformation (including Controls Strategy, Design, Evaluation, Training and Monitoring setup)
• Deep experience in Standardizing, Streamlining, and Automating Controls
• Deep knowledge in enabling Automated Controls using Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) Experience in customizing Access Risk ruleset based on project access scope
• Working knowledge in Manual Control Evaluations setup
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Desired Experience

• Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred
• Exposure in Auditing SAP ERP, SAP ERP Technical Audit 
• Experience in the design, implementation, and testing of business process or Information Technology (IT) controls in an SAP S/4 HANA or ECC environment, including SAP automated, manual, security, and segregation of duty (SOD) controls
• Understanding of SAP configurations across multiple business cycles such as RTR, PTP, OTC etc as it relates to the design and development of automated controls
• Strong knowledge of key business processes, the inherit risks, and potential controls
• Full cycle implementation experience with SAP GRC 10.x or 12.0 Process Control or Risk Management, SAP Audit Management, SAP Business Integrity Screening (BIS), including master data, workflow and automated control design and development
• Strong understanding of segregation of duty frameworks and associated mitigating controls
• Strong understanding of regulatory concerns impacting SAP environments, including Sarbanes Oxley
