? What’s the Purpose?

This programme is designed to empower unemployed South African graduates (ages 18–35) by offering on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to the working world. Over 24 months, learners will gain practical experience, develop critical professional skills, and build a foundation for future career growth in risk and compliance.

? Minimum Qualification Requirements:

You must hold a minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:

Mathematical Statistics / Data Science
Agricultural Economics
Business Management
Credit Risk
Risk Management
Law (LLB)

Applicants must:
â Be South African citizens
â Have no prior full-time work experience after graduation
â Be passionate, motivated, and willing to learn
â Be open to extended hours and occasional travel

? Key Responsibilities:

Complete duties and tasks as allocated by your mentor
Participate in ongoing personal and professional development
Conduct research and compile reports, memorandums, and presentations
Support administrative and compliance-related functions
