Energy at Work Projects is looking for a Learner to join our year-long Learnership Programme. The learnership programme provides exposure, practical work experience to matriculants and a sponsored qualification during their year of work.

Are you interested in working in the insurance industry?

We offer a learnership where you will gain experience, skills and a qualification in insurance.

With these skills, the learner will be able to work in Sales, Retentions and Client Services departments within the insurance space.

To qualify:

Individual must Not currently be employed

No prior experience in the insurance industry

The following competencies are required and will be tested:

A valid Grade 12/ Matric certificate

Be a South African citizen

A valid ID book or card

Communication – verbal and writing

Computer literacy

Problem solving

Team Work

Customer service
