Learning Projects Manager

POSITION INFO:

Specification

Manage outsourced learning projects

• Manage outsourced learning projects e.g. assertiveness, Business English and report writing
• Manage learnerships and workplace qualification programs
• Manage management development programs
• Manage e-assessment and e-learning on e-learning system
• Facilitate presentation skills workshops

Manage FAIS learning projects

• Consult and advise on FAIS Fit and Proper requirements
• Co-manage the FAIS database
• Manage FAIS Fit and Proper learning interventions e.g. workshops and exams

Manage learning intervention administration

• Manage the learner management system
• Manage the administration of all internal learning interventions records
• Manage the administration of all outsourced learning interventions

Assist with organisational development projects

• Implement organizational development projects e.g. engagement survey, business guide review
• Improve development structures e.g. job development plans and Company branch matrix

Monitor FAIS employee representative supervision

• Monitor registration of employee representatives at FSB
• Oversee the distribution of supervision agreements to Key Individuals
• Monitor supervision database and hardcopy records
• Address and report supervision record discrepancies
• Communicate decisions made on extending supervision periods

TCF

• Treat all clients fairly when managing external learning interventions
• Ensure that all clients are treated fairly when learning interventions are communicated and implemented

Requirements           

Formal Education

• Human Resources degree or related qualification on NQF 7

Technical/Legal Certification

• OD-ETDP NQF 5

Experience

• 4 years - training and development
• 2 years – people management
• 2 years - project management
