JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established company in the retail industry is now midway in launching a new system and looking for someone to assist with ad - hoc tasks to support the project team for a duration of 6months. The ideal individual for this role will have hands-on experience with financial management and sales.

This role will require an individual with a passion for financial analysis, property management and management accounting.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

Property Tax reporting
Sales Tax reporting
Billing
Forecasting
Budgeting
Leasing
General Ledger reconciliations
Ad – hoc Tasks

As you will be responsible for hitting the ground running solid prior experience is essential.

The requirements:
Qualification:

Completed B. Com accounting degree or B. Tech degree in cost and management accounting
Completed Honours will be advantageous
CIMA will be given preference

Experience:

4 -6 + years’ experience within a similar role

Skills Required:

Advanced Excel experience will be advantageous
Deadline driven
