JOB DESCRIPTION:

Specialist financial services company has an opening for a legal professional who is looking for a move into a commercial role.

This is an important position and the successful person with play an active part in the activities of the company, including being a member of the credit committee, fulfilling a credit compliance function in the transaction execution and post execution monitoring.

The company is looking for an Admitted Attorney, with commercial litigation experience gained in private practice (experience should be in company vs company). Ideally you will have around 5 years experience (post articles).
