SUMMARY:
A legal insurance and legal services organisation is looking to appoint a Legal Professional

The successful candidate will act on behalf of company's policy holders by way of informal mediation and negotiations; This includes attending to the drafting of letters and other legal
documents, also conducting consultations with policy holders with the intention of ensuring that their matters are resolved amicably.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: LLB degree, admitted as an attorney or advocate is advantageous Ability to speak, write and understand two official African Languages, of which Afrikaans must be one 2+ years' post articles range of Civil experience in a Legal Environment (not limited to one case type) Must possess qualities such as honesty and integrity Must be fully computer-literate and have good communication and administration skills Excellent team player Able to work without supervision Must be able to take initiative and innovative in their approach to their work Able to collaborate with other team members and departments High level legal knowledge, Positive mindset and motivated individual Also possess the attributes as set out under the heading skills, ability and knowledge.
