JOB SUMMARY:
My client specializes in the trade of various commodities in South Africa. With a massive footprint, they are significantly established. The incumbent for this role has worked either in Paralegal with a built-up skillset in supporting corporate legal departments. Work closely with the Company Secretariat in providing legal, compliance and legal support.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist in the Legal department
Legal related research
Diary and travel management
Compliance support
Liaise with various stakeholders
Manage extensions, licenses & objections

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Outstanding proof-reading skills
Legal administration experience
Advanced Excel & Power Point skills

Qualification:
Paralegal Diploma or
Related Degree
