SUMMARY:
EGAL SECRETARY (BANKING)

Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 CTC (depending on experience)
Location: Randburg

Well-established law firm based in Randburg is seeking a Legal Secretary with banking experience to join their team.
Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Banking Department
Experience working on Vertigo and Legal Suite (advantageous)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Professional communication and client liaison skills

Key Responsibilities:

Providing secretarial and administrative support within the Banking Department
Drafting and preparing legal correspondence and documentation
Managing files, diaries, and follow-ups
Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and deadlines are met
General legal secretarial duties
