SUMMARY:
Our client in Paarl is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Litigation Department. The successful candidate will provide professional secretarial and administrative support to Attorneys while ensuring the efficient management of litigation matters.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Matric Legal Secretarial qualification advantageous. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary. Sound knowledge of litigation procedures and legal administration. Experience with CaseLines, Court Online, SearchWorks, CIPC , and FICA requirements. Experience with Ghost Practice will be advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent typing, organisational, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide secretarial support to Attorneys. Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence. Manage diaries, appointments, court dates, and meetings. Open files, capture fees, process invoices, and manage billing. Maintain accurate filing systems and assist with general litigation administration.
