POSITION INFO:
Our client, a well established law firm in Pretoria, is seeking a confident and experienced Legal Secretary (Litigation) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastâpaced environment, with experience in litigation and collections. Requirements: Minimum 4+ years' experience in a legal or litigation secretary role Exposure to Magistrate's Court and High Court procedures Fluent in Afrikaans and English Strong administrative, multitasking, and organizational abilities Skilled in Dictaphone typing and document preparation Computer literate Proficient in Caselines \/ Court Online High level of accuracy and attention to detail Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and time management skills Solid background in litigation and collections Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the litigation team Draft, type, and format legal documents and correspondence Manage case files, scheduling, and court documentation Handle Dictaphone typing and ensure timely completion of tasks Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders Maintain accurate records and assist with collections administration Ensure smooth operation of daily litigation processes If you do not receive feedback in 5 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
