SUMMARY:
Do you have an established leisure travel network and a proven ability to turn relationships into hotel revenue?
We are looking for an experienced Leisure Sales Manager with a strong existing client database and a successful track record of generating and converting hospitality business across leisure travel, tour operators, travel agencies and key industry partners.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 3 years' hospitality sales experience - Strong existing leisure client database and industry relationships - Proven track record of generating and converting sales into revenue - Established tour operator, travel agency and leisure travel relationships advantageous - Strong business development and account management skills - Excellent negotiation and relationship-building ability - Proactive, target driven and commercially focused - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail - Professional and well presented - Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Leverage existing relationships to generate hotel business - Identify and secure new leisure sales opportunities - Grow and manage key leisure and travel trade accounts - Develop relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs and other partners - Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets - Manage enquiries, negotiate agreements and close business - Conduct client meetings, presentations and hotel site inspections - Work closely with Revenue and Marketing teams - Provide sales reports and market intelligence An excellent opportunity for an established hospitality sales professional who knows the leisure market, has the relationships and can turn opportunities into revenue.
