POSITION INFO:
A reputable company based in East London is seeking an experienced and professional Litigation Secretary to join their team. Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric is essential. 3–5 years’ experience in a legal secretarial or litigation environment. Previous experience dealing with Magistrate’s Court, Regional Court and High Court matters is advantageous. Good typing skills and experience with dictaphone typing. Proficient in Microsoft Word; basic Excel knowledge advantageous. GhostPractice experience will be advantageous. Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills. Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and accountability. Key Responsibilities Dictaphone typing and general typing duties. Screening and managing incoming calls and correspondence. Dealing professionally with clients and other stakeholders. Maintaining accurate files and documentation. Providing general administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
