POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Administer all company amendments with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), including director, auditor, registered office, financial year-end, and other statutory changes. Process the transfer and allotment of shares and maintain accurate company shareholding records. Administer all amendments relating to Close Corporations. Edit Trust Beneficial Ownership (BO) information on the applicable system when required and upload the updated Beneficial Ownership Register with the Master of the High Court. Generate, prepare, and upload Beneficial Ownership documentation for annual duty lodgements in accordance with legislative requirements. Attend to voluntary deregistrations and company reinstatements with the CIPC. Ensure statutory compliance and the accurate submission of all required company secretarial documentation within prescribed deadlines. Maintain compliance with the firm's System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Comply with the firm's Code of Conduct, including all applicable HR policies and the SAICA, IRBA, and IESBA Codes of Professional Conduct.
