URGENT VACANCY -
LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE - LIMPOPO: WITHIN 3 HOURS OF PRETORIA (5* BIG FIVE AREA)
POSITION 1 (ULTIMATELY AS A COUPLE COMBINATION):
Must be a qualified, experienced Big 5 Guide with a VPDA & / Trails qualification (or at least very close to completing Lead component), maintenance orientated and some luxury lodge management experience. All guiding related qualifications and related docs must be update – e.g. PrDP, ARH etc.
POSITION 2 (ULTIMATELY AS A COUPLE COMBINATION):
Must have luxury lodge management experience (Front and back of house) & a good understanding of the F&B / kitchen and food side of things. Strong advantage if she has a Chef / catering background or experience.
Both Candidates must be well-presented, very hands on team players that are passionate about Guest service. This intimate 5* Big 5 property is based in Limpopo. There is scope for growth as the company looks forward to definite expansion within the very near future.
Sadly this is not a pet friendly position due to reserve restrictions but our client is happy to consider couples who are looking to have children within the next 3 – 4 years, once new additional accommodation has been built on.

PACKAGE & WORK HOURS / CYCLE:
- Gross monthly remuneration: Approx. R30 – R60k p/m NEG. depending on experience, qualifications & overall suitability + minimum 13th cheque + revenue share incentives paid out monthly.
- Please advise your minimum gross salary expectation upon application;*
- Accommodation provided: Small house with open plan lounge-kitchen-dining area, separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another small area for extra storage and patio area;
- Meals: Meal allowance provided, approx. R2.5 – R3k p/m. Order through lodge but prep own meals;
- Uniform;
- *As this is a small privately owned property the company does not subscribe to a group medical aid or provident fund - please factor the costs thereof into your salary expectation if a requirement.
- Work cycle: 6 weeks on/2 weeks off – inclusive of annual leave days.
