JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lodge Manager

Introduction

A beautiful and well-kept lodge near Villliers, with self-catering chalets, conference and wedding facilities is seeking a Lodge Manager with 5 years’ experience to oversee the management of the lodge and its personnel.

Experience and qualifications required

National Senior Certificate (Essential)
Diploma in Hospitality management or similar (Desirable)
At least 5 years’ experience within a similar role
Experience with Hotelier is essential.

Key performance areas

Handle inquiries, reservations, and bookings.
Perform cash ups
Ensure smooth running of all lodge operations.
Allocate duties to all staff and ensure all your bases are covered daily.
Ensure with housekeeping that standards are always maintained.
Perform stock take and stock inventory for the kitchen and the bar.
Organising and coordinating functions held at the lodge.
Ad hoc duties in relation to the day-to-day management of the lodge.

Remuneration

R 10 000 per month (Includes accommodation, meals and a company vehicle)
