We're looking for a sharp, solutions-oriented individual to take the reins of our import/export logistics operations, while also providing vital corporate travel coordination and high-level administrative support to a senior member of staff.

POSITION INFO:
As our Logistics & Executive Support Specialist, you’ll take the lead in managing the full spectrum of international and local shipping logistics (70% of the role), ensuring that goods move seamlessly across borders in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner.

Beyond logistics, you'll play a key role in facilitating corporate travel (10%) and act as a trusted PA to our senior staff member (10%), handling schedules, correspondence, and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. The remaining 10% of your time will involve general office administration to keep things running smoothly.
What we are recruiting for

3+ years’ experience in logistics with a focus on import/export operations
Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and customs requirements
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Experience supporting senior executives in a PA capacity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software/tools
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle confidential matters with discretion
