JOB SUMMARY:
Location: Cape Town – Western Cape
Reporting to: Logistic Supervisor
Function: Logistics

Overall Responsibility: Generating system transactions such as Invoices and Return for Credits
Ensuring Accumatica is uploaded with relevant information and proof documents pertaining to inbound and out bound transactions. Comply with and HACCP or IS022000 requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Responsibilities:

Focus Area 1: Logistics Clerk

Create Invoices and Shipping documents for Picking
Create RFC instruction
Generate CHEP Transactions
Matching POD’s to Invoices and uploading to the system
Booking delivery Slots with Retailer DC’s
Generate Abridged invoices for ecommerce sites

Focus Area 2: Health and Safety

Comply with and HACCP or IS022000 requirements
Apply basic hygiene and sanitation and adhere to food safety related rules and activities as per factory instructions.

Requirements of the Role:

Matriculation, with a relevant diploma being advantageous
At least 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar position
Mathematical aptitude
Computer literacy

Required Skills:

Attention to detail
Good Written and verbal communication
