JOB DESCRIPTION:

Luxury 5 Star Hotel in Franschhoek looking for a Restaurant Manager. Candidates with 5+ years Restaurant management experience in a luxury hotel or similar 5 star environment will be considered. Must have strong front of house management skills with the ability to manage a Restaurant and room service operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider well-groomed well-spoken individuals with exceptional customer relations skills. Must be skilled in stock management and general administration. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and with good organizing skills. Must have good staff management and training skills. The successful candidate will work with the Hotel General manager to ensure the Restaurant runs smoothly. Must have own accommodation – not a live-in position.
