SUMMARY:
Manage and execute the optimum utilization of the manufacturing plant, raw materials, and technical resources, in order to produce quality product at minimum cost

POSITION INFO:

You will be responsible for but not limited to; developing a 3-year plant business plan to ensure that customer service and productivity objectives are met, manage the systematic and strategic coordination of all manufacturing business functions as aligned with the sales and operational planning process and the implementation of world class manufacturing processes for the purpose of ensuring the continuous improvement of short to long-term performance

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 - 15 years manufacturing experience
A minimum of 5 years management experience
Extensive experience in the deployment of operational excellence
A minimum of an Engineering Degree or equivalent
A Post Graduate degree in Business Administration or an equivalent degree would be advantageous
