JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Medical Bureau in Pretoria East requires an experienced Medical Credit Controller. This position requires a skilled individual with 2-5 years of experience in a Medical Bureau. You must have a good understanding of Medical Aids, ICD10 Codes, and Billing, and you require excellent communication and writing skills.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Phoning of patients & medical aids
Sending and querying PMB accounts with medical aids
Collecting outstanding money
WhatsApp messages to patients and email statements

Hours: 7h00 - 16h00

R20 000 per month. Highly negotiable, linked to experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Experience with one of the following programs is essential:
- Goodx
- Vericlaim
- MedEdi
- Elexir &
- Google Sheets
2+ years' experience at a medical bureau or medical practice
Good people skills
Fluent English plus at least one other language is required for this role
Reliable Transport
Tertiary education will be an advantage
