JOB SUMMARY:
An amazing opportunity for a Maintenance Developer to work within a growing development team, based in Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Software Developer will be given the opportunity to support the company’s expansion, with primary responsibility for maintaining and implementing enhancements to their applications. The candidate must be adaptable in various coding methodologies, patterns and practices, testing practices, and tools that complement the software development process. You will be given the opportunity to introduce new product feature enhancements as well as develop and implement product maintenance fixes.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

7+ years' experience developing scalable web applications
Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, and .NET 3.5/4.0/4.5
Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of Angular 7 and related frameworks
Strong understanding of web design principles, industry standards, architecture and navigation
Extensive professional experience with object-oriented languages
Knowledge of object-oriented design and object-oriented architecture
Experience with service-based architectures, preferred
Experience with relational databases; DB design, stored procedures, T-SQL, and DB architecture
Experience with MS SQL Server 2016/17 required
Experience with JSON web services and WebAPI
