Minimum Requirements

• Matric & Qualified Maintenance Manager and Mechanical Engineering Diploma, Degree, or Trade Test Diploma in Refrigeration
• 5 Years’ experience in refrigeration project management & installation maintenance essential
• Proficient on MS Office Suite
• High level understanding of maintenance
• Understand and able to read drawings
• Installation quality assurance experience essential

Responsibilities

• Plan, program and oversee maintenance
• Draft and propose maintenance contracts and SLA’s
• Manage maintenance contracts
• Manage the monitoring service provider
• Receive feedback from the Customer and affiliated Contractor through site meetings during the
• project
• Ensure consistent quality deliverables on the project
• Eliminate waste and unnecessary expenditure
• On time delivery according to the required standards
