Exclusive 5 Star Safari Lodge is looking for a MAINTENANCE MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all lodge infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, vehicles, equipment, and plants.

Candidate requirements;

Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Formal education and technical knowledge and understanding of general lodge maintenance
Must have Grade 12
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the lodge's operational needs.
Hands-on problem solver with excellent organisational skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
The candidate should have a Valid RSA ID.
The candidate should have a valid Driver’s Licence

Key responsibilities include;

Lodge Building Maintenance
Vehicle & Equipment Management
Team Leadership & Supervision
Budgeting & Cost Control
Emergency Response & Problem-Solving

Package:

The package includes 100% Discovery Keycare Medical Aid
Provident Fund contributions.
This position is live-in, with accommodation provided for a single occupant only.
Meals and uniforms included.
Employees work a 6 week on, 2 week off work cycle.
