Do you have what it takes to keep production lines moving and machines humming?

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Maintenance Manager who’s not afraid to get stuck in and lead from the front.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll bring to the table:
â Solid experience with production lines & industrial baking equipment
â Know-how in electrical, plumbing, tiling & general maintenance
â Strong leadership skills – able to manage people & processes
â Sharp at R&M scheduling and problem-solving under pressure
â Flexibility to jump in during evenings & weekends for emergencies
â Willingness to travel nationally when duty calls
â Your own driver’s licence & tools

In addition, a formal qualification in electrical | plumbing and managerial experience is a non-negotiable.
