SUMMARY:

A wellâestablished fast food restaurant group is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a handsâon approach to ensuring that all restaurants remain fully operational and compliant.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all maintenance activities across restaurant sites
Lead and mentor maintenance teams and contractors
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and safety compliance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Respond to urgent maintenance issues and coordinate repairs efficiently
Manage budgets, maintenance records, and service contracts
Ensure the smooth operation of electrical, mechanical, and general building systems

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior maintenance or site management role
Strong electrical and mechanical background
Experience within hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments is advantageous
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple locations
Strong problemâsolving and organisational skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.
